Yes. Tried&True!™ is a free loyalty program created for returning TryShy Travel guests. There is no membership fee to earn points, track your account activity or explore available rewards.

Returning TryShy Travel guests are eligible to participate in Tried&True!™. When creating your loyalty-app account, use the same email address connected to your TryShy Travel booking so your account can be properly identified.

Members can earn points through qualifying bookings and promotional activities. Submit eligible actions through the Earn tab of the loyalty app for review and approval. To use your approved points, visit the Redeem tab, select an available reward and submit your redemption request.

Visit tryshy-loyalty.com and sign in or create an account using the email address connected to your TryShy Travel booking. The app is web-based, so there is nothing to download. You can also save it to your phone’s home screen for easier access.

Yes. PayOff Perks are offered on all TryShy hosted group trips. The first two eligible travelers who pay their trip balance in full may choose from the perks available for that experience. Options vary by trip and are listed on the applicable group booking page.

Yes. Eligible travelers can receive both benefits on the same hosted group trip. For example, a Tried&True!™ member who books a qualifying $3,000 hosted trip may earn loyalty points for the booking. If that traveler is also one of the first two guests to pay the trip balance in full, they may receive a PayOff Perk in addition to their loyalty points.
